Mirabella

Atlas Masonry & Concrete was proud to complete the masonry scope for the Mirabella Senior Living project, a 20-story high-rise located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona. Our work included structural masonry for the below-grade parking garage, as well as the installation of an extensive 4″ mechanically fastened masonry veneer system across the building’s exterior. The veneer system featured a custom blended pattern of two integral color CMU units—Walnut Creek and Mission White—installed in a mix of three distinct sizes: 4x4x16, 4x8x16, and 4x12x24. This intricate layout provided a modern, textured aesthetic while maintaining long-term durability. In addition to the veneer installation, our team performed all associated waterproofing behind the system, ensuring protection and performance for this premier senior living facility. This project reflects our ability to deliver complex, high-rise masonry systems with precision, craftsmanship, and attention to architectural detail.
